Service Call Notes: Customer contacted McBride’s Water with current high iron levels and low Ph. McBride’s friendly staff explained all possible solutions and answered any questions that customer had. After the customer and McBride’s worked together to negotiate a price, a date was set to install Hague equipment with a 10 year warranty. The customer also agreed to McBride’s annual service plan that come with McBride’s 100% in-house warranty.
